Housing, Land Banking, and Construction
The housing and construction industry is a rapidly growing industry in the Northern Areas, in particular building seismically-safe housing with modern amenities and market infrastructure. There are many opportunities for locals to create viable businesses that will attract migration from peripheral villages to central towns in Northern Areas of Pakistan.

The Foundation will conduct necessary market studies to determine the potential for establishing land banks. These banks will, on the one hand create an asset base for the Foundation and on the other will be utilized to support low cost housing schemes and tourist resorts in partnership with local communities, housing societies, and other institutions.
